When Marcy didn't come to the hay feeder this morning... I knew she must be delivering somewhere! Sure enough! I found her in an A-frame with these two ewe lambs already cleaned off, standing and nursing! One is a black mouflon who weighed 7.5lbs and the other a black-grey weighing 7lbs. Beautiful way to start lambing season!! These girls are from Cully and should grow out nice, have excellent temperaments and nice builds! The black grey ewe lamb is available.

6:15am I found Eva cleaning off a moorit mouflan ram lamb and a water bag for a 2nd lamb hanging. The other girls were suddenly interested in my new find...so I moved Eva & lamb to a jug. Within a few minutes she delivered a black grey/mouflan ram lamb quite easily. Both lambs were 7lbs. These boys are by Cully. Both were up running, and even trying to jump at just a few minutes old!! These boys should have nice builds, wonderfully wide horns from both dam & sire and great fleeces too! Cully has thrown all twins thus far in his breeding career!!! Both ram lambs are available.

Tawny surprised us with all colored triplets out of our white sire, Lightning!!! We have a black solid ewe 5lbs, a moorit grey ram 5.5lbs and a moorit solid ewe3.5lbs!! These lambs should have awesome conformation and wonderful fleeces. They come from prolific, milky lines, both parents were also triplets! The trio is 41%AI bloodlines including Visir, Sponn, Laekur, Hunn, Biskup & Dropi. The solid moorit ewe lamb will be staying on the farm. The black ewe & moorit grey ram lamb are available!

5pm Estelle delivered a 9lb white ram lamb with big hornbuds (with a little help getting past the forehead and hornbuds). While she was cleaning him off she then delivered a 6lb black grey badgerface ewe lamb quite easily and unassisted. The sire is Lightning, our Visir grandson. These lambs should have excellent build, be fast growers. They also come from two prolific lines, and are 26%AI including Visir, Biskup & Ari. The ewe will be staying on the farm. The ram is available.

Found Muffin early this morning with TRIPLET ram lambs!! We can always count on Muffin for spots...and I can't believe 2 of the three were spotted out of Trygg! They were small, about 4lbs each. She has 2 black grey/spotted ram lambs and a white ram lamb. We're keeping an eye on the white ram he's so small and isn't quite as spunky as the other two. One of these ram lambs is staying on the farm, the other is AVAILABLE.
Some time in the night Amy also delivered twin ewe lambs, unfortunately they were both dead when we found her this morning.
